A chapter’s story.
As Vice President of Marketing for Penn State Alpha Phi, I shape the chapter’s creative direction across recruitment, sisterhood, philanthropy, merchandise, and brand collaborations. This portfolio includes the work I developed as Director of Social Media and the creative vision I’m continuing to build as VP of Marketing.

Prepare in-depth creative briefs, visual references, shot lists, and content plans before shoots so members understand the direction and can help bring it to life.
Organize brand photoshoots, coordinating participants, styling, locations, production schedules, and the content needed from each shoot.
Design branded graphics and edit short-form video. Coordinate member photo submissions and content requests to keep publishing consistent and the chapter’s identity cohesive.
A collaboration brought to life through coordinated styling, a pink studio setting, and the energy of our chapter.
I organized the shoot and developed the creative brief, visual references, shot list, and content plan so our team could bring a shared vision to the photos and videos.
Two films from @alphaphi_psu.
I built a visual plan before the shoot, collecting Instagram photo references and mapping out TikTok concepts, group arrangements, and movement. The plan connected the pink campaign aesthetic with the specific content we wanted to capture.
A summer chapter story, told through swimwear, poolside moments, and time together.
I brought this Alpha Phi brand collaboration into our chapter’s social content and filmed both TikToks featured below.

Matching sets, chapter lettering, and everyday pieces designed to feel like Alpha Phi.
I designed the fall merch drop and created the mockups for each set. This collection brings my graphic design work into the clothes our chapter wears and the content we share.

Another look at the fall collection.
I planned the merch shoot around a “cool girl meets creative studio” direction: clean campaign images alongside candid styling and behind-the-scenes moments. My brief brought together a mood board, video ideas, featured outfits, and a production list with a clothing rack and stools.
A chapter experience created around movement, connection, and the details that make a moment worth sharing.
I organized and promoted Club 1872 with The Sculpt Society, bringing together a chapter event with brand participation from Bloom, Waterboy, and Loving Tan. I also designed the Club 1872 logo and the pink banner displayed on our house, giving the event a consistent visual identity.

I created content for Alpha Phi’s collaboration with Sneakers.com, bringing the partnership to life through styling and short-form video.

Two TikToks I created for Alpha Phi × Sneakers.com.
A shared space for style, summer, and the brands our chapter loves.
I created the visual branding for Alpha Phi Collective, an end-of-year event that brought together Beginning Boutique, Bright Swimwear, Vacation sun care, Camber Cases, and local permanent jewelry company Linked Permanent Jewelry. Fruit Riot also provided PR, including free totes and product coupons.

A look inside the event and the brand-filled experience.
A house event where residents each received a bag to fill with PR from participating brands.
I reached out to brands about joining The 321 Edit and contributing products for the residents’ PR bags. I presented the event concept, coordinated the brand contributions, and brought the products together for a choose-your-own bag experience. I also designed the banner for the house and drew the Alpha Phi house illustration used in the house-focused designs across this project.
An Instagram Story series celebrating the chapter’s new big and little pairings.
I created the story cover, illustrated elements, and reveal templates in a soft pink postcard style. I drew our Alpha Phi house in Procreate on my iPad and now use that illustration across many of our chapter’s designs. The system includes layouts for a big with one little and a big with two littles, keeping the series consistent across different pairings.

The cover introduces the reveal with a postcard-inspired composition and the illustrated house.

I drew the house and supporting elements digitally in Procreate on my iPad. The house illustration has become a recurring asset in our chapter’s designs.

The standard layout pairs two photo cards, using scale and overlap to make the relationship easy to follow.

For bigs with twins, I adapted the composition to fit three photo cards while keeping both littles equally visible.
Pink chapter seals, photo frames, a kiss mark, and the Big/Little wordmark formed a reusable set of elements for the story series. Alongside my house illustration, these pieces let me build consistent layouts for different pairings.

A coordinated banner and Instagram Story graphic welcoming families to Alpha Phi’s Parents Weekend.
I designed the house banner and matching Instagram Story graphic using a pale blue diamond pattern, elegant lettering, and heart-shaped Alpha Phi balloons. I adapted the composition for both the printed banner and the vertical story format. Displayed on our house, the banner became a backdrop for members and their families throughout the weekend.

A weekly Instagram Story campaign pairing chapter photo collages with a template members could personalize.
I was tasked with creating story graphics using a supplied color palette and mood board. Working within that direction, I designed four cover slides and a member photo template, translating the reference’s postcard and collage aesthetic into photo grids, Alpha Phi seals, and postage-inspired labels. Each week’s template lets members add their own photos while keeping the typography, colors, and graphic elements consistent with that week’s theme.
The assigned palette used #b3c7d6, #bdccd7, and #9cacc2. The supplied mood board established the soft blue stationery, collage, and postal motifs that guided my layouts.
I applied that direction to the cover slides and a reusable photo template so members could participate while staying on brand.

I created this Instagram Story graphic for Red Dress Gala, Alpha Phi’s annual fundraiser supporting the Alpha Phi Foundation.
The design pairs flowing script with a lace-edged heart and a red background patterned with the house illustration I drew in Procreate. The heart motif connects the event’s philanthropy with a visual identity that feels personal to our chapter.
A fall editorial direction for Alpha Phi’s Executive Board portraits and Instagram Story introductions.
I planned a Ralph Lauren meets Gossip Girl concept, using Bellefonte’s historic streets and architecture as the setting. The brief calls for preppy fall layers, cable-knit sweaters, skirts, and boots, with natural, candid moments that still feel editorial. Each member’s styling is intended to reflect her own personality and executive position.
The story graphic plan carries the theme into a tartan cover, an embroidered oval motif, and a framed member profile layout. The profile shown here is a planning example; the shoot imagery will be added after the photoshoot.

Photography and Instagram graphics for a chapter activity centered on encouragement and connection.
I photographed Alpha Phi’s Suicide Prevention Month activity and created the two Instagram graphics shared here. My photos document the handwritten notes displayed around the house, members adding messages, and the completed activity space.
The graphics introduce “Alpha Phi-lling your bucket” with a coordinated paper-toned background, red lettering, and an envelope motif. Together, the photographs and graphics tell the story of the activity across the chapter’s Instagram.
Seven photographs I took of the activity and the messages around the house.
A coordinated visual identity for a philanthropy event at the Alpha Phi house, photographed in action.
I designed the banner, signage, shirts, and printed materials for Chick-Phi-La, our philanthropy event at the house. Carrying the design across the space and what members wore created a consistent look throughout the event.
I also photographed the event, capturing members, activities, and the printed designs in their final setting. This gallery shows how the graphics moved from the screen into a shared experience at the house.
I created a coordinated set of story graphics to introduce the event, share the details and location, and remind viewers to attend. The red heart logo, lined-paper background, and stitched patch borders connect the social campaign with the printed event designs.

I carried the red heart logo, lined-paper background, and stitched patch styling into the printed signage. The set includes illustrated food and drink menus, instructions for the heart activity, and a QR donation sign, bringing the same visual identity to each part of the event.
